Program Description
The Grass is Greener, a Producer First Program, helps producers improve forage systems through incentive payments and free technical support. Producers can choose to, plant cover crops, seed or re-seed native pasture, and plant forages for grazing or haying. It’s voluntary and focused on practical changes that increase productivity, efficiency, and long-term land resiliency.
