Farmers Forge: Kitchen Assistant

In this restaurant-training simulation, students become Kitchen Assistants at the Farmers Forge. They’ll complete Kitchen Assistant training while learning about the North Dakota Ag Cycle, North Dakota crops, and North Dakota livestock.

Farmers Forge: Assistant Chef

Once students complete their Kitchen Assistant training, they’ll be promoted to Assistant Chef at the Farmers Forge. As Assistant Chefs, they’ll create recipes using products made from North Dakota crops and livestock.

In this interactive game, students step into the role of a livestock exhibitor, caring for and preparing an animal for county fair competition. Interactive activities teach animal health, nutrition, grooming, and showmanship before the final show ring event.
